Do You Guarantee Uptime? (Our Service Commitment)
We want to be upfront about what kind of service commitment we offer, so there are no surprises.
We do not currently offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) or guaranteed uptime percentage. We work hard to keep email service reliable and available, and we monitor our systems closely, but we don't publish or commit to a specific uptime number.
What we do commit to
Actively monitoring our mail and hosting infrastructure for issues.
Notifying customers when we're aware of an outage or service-impacting issue affecting them.
Working to resolve service disruptions as quickly as possible once identified.
