I Mailed a Check but My Account Still Shows Unpaid
If you mailed a check and your account still shows a balance, don't worry — this is usually just a timing issue or a check sent to the wrong address, and it's easy to sort out.
The Most Common Cause
If your email account recently moved to SaveMyService Hosting from a previous provider (Metronet, Vexus, USFamily, NTS, etc.), a check mailed to that old provider's address won't reach us — it may sit unopened, get returned, or simply never be processed. This is by far the most common reason a mailed check doesn't show up as received.
What to Do
Email accounting@savemyservice.com and let us know the date you mailed the check, the amount, and the address you sent it to.
We'll confirm whether it was received, and if it was sent to an outdated address, we'll give you our current mailing address for next time.
If it's been more than two to three weeks since mailing with no confirmation, it's worth contacting your bank to see whether the check has cleared — if it hasn't, you may want to cancel it and pay online instead to avoid further delay.
Need Help?
If you're unsure whether your check arrived, please contact our support team with the mailing date and amount, and we'll look into it right away.
