What to do right away, and how we help you secure and restore your account.
If you notice unusual activity on your account — sent messages you didn't write, contacts saying they got strange emails from you, or you suddenly can't sign in — your mailbox may have been compromised. Here's exactly what to do, step by step.
Once your password is reset, sign back in at webmail.usgo.net with your new password.
Changing your password alone isn't always enough — if an attacker also knows your secret questions, they could get back in using the “Forgot your Password” link. When you contact us about a compromised mailbox, we escalate internally to fully reset both your password and your secret questions, so the attacker is locked out for good.

Let us know if you find anything unfamiliar — we'll help you review it.
Once your password and secret questions are reset and we've confirmed nothing suspicious remains on the account, we'll let you know your mailbox is fully secured. If you have any doubts afterward, don't hesitate to reach back out — we're here to help.
