Vexusfiber.net Email Setup — IMAP & SMTP Settings

Use the settings below to configure any email client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, or a mobile mail app) for your vexusfiber.net email address.

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP)

  • Server: mail.vexusfiber.net
  • Port: 993
  • Security: SSL/TLS
  • Username: Your full email address (e.g. user@vexusfiber.net)
  • Password: Your account password

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)

  • Server: mail.vexusfiber.net
  • Port: 587 (STARTTLS) or 465 (SSL/TLS)
  • Security: STARTTLS or SSL/TLS
  • Authentication: Required — use your full email address and password

Notes

  • Always use your complete email address (not just the username portion) when logging in.
  • If your email client asks you to choose between STARTTLS and SSL/TLS for SMTP, either works — pick 587/STARTTLS or 465/SSL depending on what your client supports.
  • If you're having trouble connecting, double-check that your password is correct and that your client isn't defaulting to a different incoming/outgoing server.
