What Could Cause My Account to Be Suspended?
Account suspension isn't something we take lightly, and it happens for a limited set of specific reasons. Here's what can trigger it.
What can cause a suspension
Illegal or abusive use — including sending spam, or using the service for fraudulent, harassing, or otherwise illegal activity.
Non-payment — an account with an unpaid balance can be suspended until the balance is resolved.
What to expect
If your account is suspended for non-payment, resolving the balance is usually all that's needed to restore access. If a suspension is related to abusive or illegal activity, we'll reach out to explain the concern — but service will remain paused until it's resolved.
How to avoid it
Keeping your account current on payments and using your mailbox only for normal, legitimate email is really all it takes to stay in good standing. See our full Terms of Use for complete details.
Need help?
Think your account was suspended in error, or need help resolving a balance? Email support@savemyservice.com and we'll sort it out.
