If email you send is landing in recipients' spam folders instead of their inbox, the cause may be related to your domain's authentication setup rather than the content of your message.
Missing or outdated SPF record — if a sending system isn't listed in your domain's SPF record, receiving mail servers may treat its mail with suspicion.
A newly added sending service — if you recently started sending from a new platform (a CRM, marketing tool, or another provider) in addition to your regular mailbox, its records may not have been added yet.
Strict DMARC policy — if your domain's DMARC record is set to actively reject or quarantine unauthenticated mail, even small authentication mismatches can cause delivery issues.
Recipient-side filtering — sometimes it isn't your setup at all; the recipient's own spam filter (or their organization's) may simply be aggressive.
Let us know which sending address or service is having trouble, and roughly when the issue started.
We'll check your domain's current SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration to confirm everything sending on your behalf is properly authorized.
If a new service needs to be added to your records, we'll get that configured.
Having deliverability trouble? Email support@savemyservice.com with the sending address and details, and we'll dig into your domain's records.
